Andre T. Lowe,92 of Winona, died Saturday, September 30, 2017 at Mayo Clinic Hospital - St. Mary's Campus. A Prayer Service will be 11 a.m., Friday, October 6, 2017 at Hoff Celebration of Life Center in Goodview. Visitation will be 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Hoff Celebration of Life Center - Goodview is assisting the family with arrangements.
