Amy Louise Hundorf, 50 of Rushford, died Thursday, April 30, 2015 at Mayo Clinic - St. Mary's Campus in Rochester surrounded by her family.Amy was born July 23, 1964 in Winona to Frederick and Elaine (McLaughlin) Wild. She graduated from Winona Senior High School in 1982. She married Arlenn Hundorf at Rushford Lutheran Church on August 20, 1994. Amy worked at Good Shepherd Lutheran Home and spent many years at Herff Jones in Lewiston, a job she really loved. She was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church and the Pulmonary Hypertension Association. Amy enjoyed playing bingo at Stumpy's, watching high school sports, painting, being outside, especially camping, cows, chocolate and the color purple. Her family was of the greatest importance to her and she truly loved every minute spent with them, especially her grandchildren.She is survived by her husband, Arlenn; her dad, Fred; three children, Apryl (Travis Hillman) Kerns of Rushford, Justin (Virginia) Kerns of Lewiston and Joy (Chad Christian) Hundorf of Rushford; four grandchildren, Travis, Kalton, Charles and Olivia; two sisters, Debbie (Tom) Thompson and Laura (Tom) Clay both of Winona; one brother, Warren Wild of Winona; best friend, Beth Carlson of Lewiston and many extended family members. Amy was preceded in death by her mom and one grandson. Amy's family would like to express their sincere appreciation for Dr. Robert Frantz, nurses, Laura and Melissa and all the wonderful staff at Francis 4C for their wonderful care of Amy and the entire family.Funeral Service will be 11 a.m., Friday, May 8, 2015 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Hart with the Reverend Hal Hintzman officiating. Visitation will be 4 - 7 p.m., Thursday at Hoff Funeral & Cremation Service - Rushford and one hour prior to the service at church. It was Amy's wish that everyone wear purple to the visitation and funeral.
