Adeline M. Bonow, 84, died Thursday September 9, 2004 at the Lewiston Villa in Lewiston, MN. Adeline was born August 18, 1920 on the family farm in Lewiston to John and Martha (Mueller) Janzow. She married August H. Bonow on June 20, 1942 at the Silo Lutheran Church. He preceded Adeline in death on July 23, 2000. Adeline worked at the Knitting Mills and Rush Products. She was a member of Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church at Norton where she was a member of the Ladies Aid and the church choir. Adeline enjoyed homemaking, gardening (especially her flowers) and playing cards. She showed many entries of food, flowers and vegetables at the Winona County Fair. Adeline was committed to her faith, children and grandchildren.Survivors include one son, Wes (Linda) Bonow of Mazeppa, MN; two daughters, Bonita (Ervin) LaGrow of Coloma, MI and Mary (John) Schmoker of Winona, MN; five grandchildren, Joe, Mandy Alison, Nicholas and Christina; three great-grandchildren, Andrea, Tyler and Paige; two sisters, Margaret Frey of Orange County, CA and Martha Rupprecht of Lakeland, FL; and one brother, John (Jo) Janzow of Tuscan, AZ. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, August, three sisters, Hilda, Irene and Elsie and three brothers, Victor, Elmer and Benjamin.
